PQ85969: DRL0337W MESSAGES ISSUED DURING COLLECT FOR RECORD SMF_072 SUBTYPE 1 AND SUBTYPE 3.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• COLLECT SMF ends with RC=4. DRLOUT shows DRL0337W messages
  for tables MVS_SYSTEM_H, MVS_WORKLOAD_H, MVSPM_SYSTEM_H,
  MVSPM_WORKLOAD_H, MVS_WORKLOAD2_H, MVSPMR_WORKLOAD2_H.
  The COLLECT is not working due to division by zero problem.
  More in detail, for SMF_072_1 records we have null SMF72SSD
  (SRB service definition coefficient); fpr SMF072_3 records
  we have null R723MSRB (SRB service coefficient*10,000).
  Above fields are null as the SRB service definition coefficient
  has been set to 0.0 in Customer's environment.

  Some fields in some tables are set to null due
  to an error caused by a zero division. The zero
  division occurs when SMF72SSD or R723MSRB
  (SRB service definition coefficients) are
  zoeroed.
  

Problem conclusion

• Added a CASE to prevent zero division.
