Error description
When there are multiple mnemonics of the same letter on a panel or a menu, only 1 mnemonic is accessible. For example, for 2 menus, both of which use mnemonic F, only 1 menu would be accessible. Same situation for panels. Press ALT-A. Pressing B should put focus on the first menu item. Pressing B again should put focus on the second menu item. Pressing ALT-C should put focus on the first button. Pressing C should put focus on the second button.

Problem summary
When there are multiple mnemonics of the same letter on a panel, only 1 mnemonic is accessible.
Problem conclusion
For Components on panels having multiple mnemonics, code was added to support multiple mnemonics. When the short-cut key is pressed for the first time, focus is given to the component which is most recently registered with that mnemonic. Second time, the short-cut key is pressed, the next recently registered component will be given the focus and so on. . To obtain the fix: Install build 20040204 or later
