APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • The Deadlock report states "Holder" instead of "Blocker"
which is misleading because the Blocker may not be holding
the lock.
An IMS V8 update to DFSERA30 by APAR PQ58223 had changed
'Holder' to 'Blocker' because 'Holder' was misleading.
This APAR will make IPA compatible with this IMS change.
