Problem
StartUp throws an error as shown below. bash-4.2$ StartUp exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program /opt/IBM/TWA/TWS/bin/mecho because of the following errors: 0509-150 Dependent module /usr/lib/libicuuc.a(libicuuc.so) could not be loaded. 0509-152 Member libicuuc.so is not found in archive exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program /opt/IBM/TWA/TWS/bin/mecho because of the following errors: 0509-150 Dependent module /usr/lib/libicuuc.a(libicuuc.so) could not be loaded. 0509-152 Member libicuuc.so is not found in archive TWS for UNIX/STARTUP 8.6
