• Closed as program error.

Error description

• EE traffic dries up after OSPF adjacency failures. The adjacency
  failure were caused by OSPF hello packets being dropped due to a
  queue limit in the stack for Raw packet being too restrictive.
  
  ADDITIONAL SYMPTOMS:
  OMPROUTE has issued the following message:
    EZZ7968I HELLO INTERVAL MISSED ON INTERFACE xxxxx
  This indicates that the inbound Hello packets were not being
  received.

  Hello packets were discarded and OSPF Adjacencies were lost when
  the Raw Queue Limit was exceeded. The OSPF failure resulted in
  Enterprise Extender connections hanging and recovery required a
  recycle of the XCA Node. RAW CTRACE EXCEPTION records stating
  "RAW Queue Limit Reached" will be seen when this problem occurs.
