Error description
EE traffic dries up after OSPF adjacency failures. The adjacency failure were caused by OSPF hello packets being dropped due to a queue limit in the stack for Raw packet being too restrictive. ADDITIONAL SYMPTOMS: OMPROUTE has issued the following message: EZZ7968I HELLO INTERVAL MISSED ON INTERFACE xxxxx This indicates that the inbound Hello packets were not being received.
