Troubleshooting
Problem
When an SQL data source connects to an Oracle database, the data source might remain in the down-pending state even when ancillary servers are specified.
Symptom
The symptom may occur when Oracle JDBC Driver is used (Data Source Configuration Parameter _USEORA_ is set to true) and the Ancillary Servers Type is Oracle Listener. When one or more data source hosts become unreachable, the SQL data source remains in down-pending state and TCP retransmission to the data source host can be found in packet capture.
