Troubleshooting
Problem
User launches Controller client. User receives an error message.
Symptom
System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to
process request. ---> System.ArgumentException: Access to the registry
key 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\VB and VBA Program
Settings\FrangoController\Settings' is denied.
