  The following error message:
  'EQQX139E VSAM I/O request failed, Return code = 8, Reason
  code = 12' is displayed on the Ready List panel and the Ready
  List cannot be used for the current workstation.
  This problem was caused by an incorrect processing of the MCP
  option that allows you to rerun an occurrence.
  

Problem conclusion

• This fix concerns an error related to an enhancement in OPC
  version 2.2 and 2.3. This enhancement modified the declaration
  of the fields occurrence number and operation number to obtain
  occurrence number > 32k and operation number > 99.
  Since the module EQQMCRER was not updated accordingly, we had
  to change some declarations in it to process correctly the
  rerun of an occurrence in the CP.
  After having applied this fix, you are allowed to enter the
  Ready List for the selected workstation with no error message
  displayed.
