Troubleshooting
Problem
When User tries to create a data source based on SAP BW in Cognos, below errors are observed while testing the data source connection: Error in Compatible Query Mode: OP-ERR-0068 An error Occurred while trying to connect to the data souce ".Details:SBA-ERR-0061 Unable to connect to the SAP server "Name or password is incorrect(repeat logon)". Error in Dynamic Query Mode: XQE-DS-0006 Unable to log on to the data source.
Symptom
When we test the SAP connectivity outside Cognos[from SAP GUI] it works fine and when we test the data source connectivity while creating new data source in Cognos, below error will be shown.
