Error description

• An ABEND 0C4 Rc=10 occurres in module EQQQQAJR (level UQ11983)
  at offset X'4C8', the msgEQQW533E THE WSA TASK WILL ATTEMPT TO
  RECOVER FROM A SEVERE ERROR was given. There is a circumvention
  to avoid the problem, by removing the RESCONT parameter from the
  ALERTS init statement.

Problem conclusion

• The abend 0C4 occurs when the resource index id is equal 0.
  The code has been changed so that if the resource index
  is equal 0, the existence of special resource on data space is
  checked and the proper index is assigned.
