In upgraded Maximo database, crontask loggers are missing

Troubleshooting

Problem

Individual loggers are not listed in the Logging application for the crontask logger, but the loggers exist in the maxlogger table in the database.

Symptom

In the Logging application, when you create a new logger under crontask and select one of AssetReconTicketWO, TloamPromote, KPICronTask, LDAPSYNC, EmailListnerCron, REPORTSCHEDULE, ReconciliationCronTask or TloamSwkbtCronTask from the Detail Menu, the error message BMXAA4129E - Record already exists for key=log4j.logger.maximo.crontask.<logger>. Ensure that the key value for the given record is unique. appears.
