This issue has been resolved in 6.2.0.2: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg27048751 PO05276, WorkItem:107674 - Retrying failed workflows is also retrying previously retried and successfully completed workflows An Administrator user can view and retry failed workflow process instances. From the Process Instance error screen, the Admin user can search for unresolved workflow process instance errors. From the list display, the user can select an option to "Retry All processes by Instances Name". When this option was selected, the workflow engine incorrectly re-queued all processes instances (both resolved and unresolved). This code fix now only allows unresolved process instances to be re-queued.
