PO03464: Documentation update to the CADG for the Income Support table PremiumCopaymentLink.

Error description

• A documentation update is required for the PREMIUMCOPAYMENTLINK
  table. This will be included in a future release of the Curam
  Analysis Documentation Generator.
  PremiumCopaymentLink is a specific Income Support table.
  This entity stores PremiumID, CopaymentID,
  SimulatedDeterminationID,
  PrimaryCaseParticipantRoleID and caseID(ProductDelivery).
  A PremiumCopaymentLink record is inserted on Authorization of a
  CHIP Product Delivery.
  Once the user clicks the Authorize button on the wizard the
  premium and co-payment values will be stored in the database.
  After Authorizing we display premium and co-payment values on
  the display section.
  Since we had no link between these 2 entities, this new
  PremiumCopaymentLink entity was used to store the link details.

Problem conclusion

• This APAR has been reviewed. The issue reported is considered
  to be of low impact across our customer base. There is
