Error description
Internal Application submission fails for a second consecutive Income Support application if the Application is created from the same Person page as the previous application and Prospect Person data is updated. Sample steps to reproduce are as follows: PDC is "on". 1. Submit Income Support application from Person page. It will be submitted successfully. 2. Create new Application from the same Person page and edit the phone area code. 3. Submit the Application. The submission will fail, and the following exception is seen in the logs: ParticipantDataCase:ERR_PDC_ENABLED_INVOCATION_NOT_ALLOWED: This action cannot be carried out as participant data case is enabled for persons/prospect persons. at curam.core.impl.ConcernRole.premodify(ConcernRole.java:770) at curam.core.base.ConcernRole.modify(ConcernRole.java:73) at curam.core.impl.ConcernRole.modify(ConcernRole.java:409) at curam.core.impl.ConcernRole.modifyEvidence(ConcernRole.java:372) at curam.core.sl.infrastructure.impl.EvidenceController.modifyEvide nce(EvidenceController.java:3716) at curam.workspaceservices.applicationprocessing.impl.IntakeDataMap perImpl.updateConcernRoleEvidence(IntakeDataMapperImpl.java:554) at curam.workspaceservices.applicationprocessing.impl.IntakeDataMap perImpl.updateConcernRolePriPhone(IntakeDataMapperImpl.java:732) at curam.workspaceservices.applicationprocessing.impl.IntakeDataMap perImpl.processPhoneNumber(IntakeDataMapperImpl.java:698)
