  • When a user applies for Health Care Assistance in IBM Curam
Universal Access and enters an address with less than 3
characters in Street1 and/or Street2, this results in an
application submission failure and the error message
"ADDRESS_XFV_ADDRESS_LINE1_LINE2: Street 1 must contain at
least 3 characters when Apt/Suite is empty" is logged.
