内容：
GNU C Library (別名 glibc) の gconv_trans.c 内の __gconv_translit_find 関数には、CHARSET 環境変数および gconv transliteration モジュールに関する処理に不備があるため、一つずれエラー (Off-by-One error) により、サービス運用妨害 (クラッシュ) 状態にされる、または任意のコードを実行される脆弱性が存在します。
