Daeja Viewer - experiencing localization error



Localization error found with Daeja Pro version 4.0.48.


1. A localization error occurred with Daeja Pro version 4.0.48.
2. After a 4.1 upgrade, the following new errors appeared:

daeja5: An error occurred while validating the Java archive files cached on the client not up to date. Please clear out the client-side Java Cache.

Unable to open
Error:ModuleException: Problem occurred in filter while loading file header. Please contact your viewer provider.


The Localization error could be with anything such as: environment setting or browser or setup issue etc. The errors which popped up after the upgrade were related with cache.

Diagnosing The Problem

Reproduced the problem by opening the files sent by the customer in Daeja Viewer

Resolving The Problem

Localization error disappeared after upgrading to 4.1 Daeja ViewONE Pro. The above described errors disappeared by clearing the Web Server cache, Browser cache and temporary viewone folder (start -> run -> %TEMP% )
