Troubleshooting
Problem
Since upgrade from SCC 5.4.1 to 5.4.2 the port to connect to the Engine gets dropped. Afterwards no further log-in is possible.
Symptom
Within Engine log you can see Java Heap related messages:
INFO SCCEngine - java.lang.OutOfMemoryError
INFO SCCEngine - Java heap space
[{"Product":{"code":"SS9GLA","label":"IBM Control Center"},"Business Unit":{"code":"BU048","label":"IBM Software"},"Component":"--","Platform":[{"code":"PF002","label":"AIX"}],"Version":"5.4.2","Edition":"","Line of Business":{"code":"LOB77","label":"Automation Platform"}}]
