Non-administrative users are unable to lock a batch IBM FileNet Capture

Troubleshooting


Problem

When a non-administrative user attempts to unlock a locked batch (via rename the batch and then cancel), it fails

Symptom

The following error:


[IBM FileNet Capture Repository Server]
"You do not have the permissions to override the lock on the batch <name of batch>"
