Where do I locate the drivers and client software for my version of NPS on ibm.com?
Answer
- Navigate to http://www-933.ibm.com/support/fixcentral/ and choose Select Product
- In the Product Group drop-down choose Information Management
- In Select from Information Management choose IBM Netezza NPS Software and Clients
- In Installed Version choose either the version of NPS you are currently on or the version you are planning to upgrade to
- In Platform choose All and click Continue
- Keep "Browse for fixes" selected and click Continue
- Under "Select fixes" click on the version you need in that stream
- Choose the preferred download method and the file needed based on your client OS
