Question

Where do I locate the drivers and client software for my version of NPS on ibm.com?

Answer

  1. Navigate to http://www-933.ibm.com/support/fixcentral/ and choose Select Product
  2. In the Product Group drop-down choose Information Management
  3. In Select from Information Management choose IBM Netezza NPS Software and Clients
  4. In Installed Version choose either the version of NPS you are currently on or the version you are planning to upgrade to
  5. In Platform choose All and click Continue
  6. Keep "Browse for fixes" selected and click Continue
  7. Under "Select fixes" click on the version you need in that stream
  8. Choose the preferred download method and the file needed based on your client OS
