APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • While processing a link down situation, a system may hang
during adapter reset operation. The cpu running the reset
is looping with the following stack trace:

Local fix

  • Reboot the system

Problem summary

  • Incase of port link down, a system may hang
during adapter reset operation. The cpu running the reset
is looping with the following stack trace:
