Error description

* USERS AFFECTED:
* Systems running the AIX 7100-04 Technology Level
* with devices.chrp.vdevice.rte below the 7.1.4.31 level or
* devices.chrp.pci.rte below the 7.1.4.31 level.
  **************************************************************
* ERROR DESCRIPTION:
* Possible undetected data loss can occur with the optional
* Power9 NVMe feature.  We have seen this issue occur under
* heavy I/O stress. We have not seen this occur when the NVMe
* devices are used for boot devices and non-intensive
* workloads as recommended in the feature descriptions in the
* Power9 NVMe RFA.  This only affects the VIOS/AIX LPAR(s)
* using the NVMe devices.

* RECOMMENDATION:
* Install APAR IJ10350.
* Prior to fix availability, an interim fix is available from
* either
* ftp://aix.software.ibm.com/aix/ifixes/ij10350/
* https://aix.software.ibm.com/aix/ifixes/ij10350/
* Installation of the ifix requires a reboot.
