DESCRIPTION:
Tivoli Netcool Service Quality Manager is affected by a problem with the handling of certain malformed request headers. The implementation can, under specific conditions, cause denial of service or access to the application memory.
This issue can affect the availability or confidentiality of the system. This vulnerability can be remotely exploited, authentication is not required and the exploit is moderately complex.

IBM has provided patches for all affected versions. Follow the installation instructions in the README files included with the patch.
