  have been missed to be pulled to cache from home.

  Known Impact:
  In millions of file migration case, this is a setback as
  to how to find the list of missed files.

   have been missed to be pulled to cache from home.
  In millions of file migration case, this is a setback
   as to how to find the list of missed files.
  

Problem conclusion

• Add an option to generate the failed list file, based on
   a configuration option passed to mmafmctl script.
   (--enable-failed-list-file).
  Also look at a way to directly queue the failed list
   directly (without passing through intermediate list
    file generation phase).
   This can be triggered using (--retry-failed-list-file)
    option.
