Problem
Attempts to specify web url connection using crmregister add command fails with 'Error: CURL returned status code, 5'
Symptom
This error happens even if you do not specify proxy server in the command.
C:\Users\ccadm0>crmregister add -database DB -connection CON -url http://weburl/ -username admin -password password
crmregister: Error: CURL returned status code, "5", and the following message: "Could not resolve proxy:<proxy server name>; Host not found".
crmregister: Error: Unable to validate the web url connection information.
