Error description
Lun id 0 could be left inaccessible on some storage arrays if rootvg had not been installed on lun id 0. This is related to the scsi reports luns response from the array where lun id 0 is expected to be the first lun which for some arrays it may be the 2nd or 3rd etc. If lun id 0 is not the first lun returned in the lun list scsidisk config method will inadvertently keep lun id 0 sciolstarted which results in not being able to access lun id 0 after system boot.
Local fix
Problem summary
In SAN environment, if the hdisk's lun id is zero, then, the disk could be inaccessible
Problem conclusion
Code is modified to go through the report lun list. If, any lun has its id as zero, then, the particular lun is replaced as the head of the list
Temporary fix
