Summary
A secure flag (attribute) for the LTPA cookie is not set for SSL (https) sessions. Not having this flag prevents browser clients from ensuring that the cookie is always encrypted when transmitting from client to server.

DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability in the IBM Infosphere BigInsights Console application could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information. If the application is accessed via a network with HTTP, an attacker using man-in-the-middle techniques could recover packets for non-encrypted cookies that could potentially contain sensitive session information or credentials.
