HP ALM integration gives IDispatch errors

Troubleshooting


Problem

Attempts to execute IBM Rational Integration Tester (RIT) tests from HP Quality Center fail with "IDispatch" error.

Symptom

After upgrading your HP ALM server software you can no longer run RIT tests using HP ALM.

For example, you have updated to Quality Center 11.52 patch 3.

Tests fail with an "IDispatch" error.
