Error description
When using iSCSI with an IBM V7000 (and possibly other devices), if SendTargets discovery is used to configure the targets, the iSCSI login fails, causing no devices to be found. This failure will be accompanied by an ISCSISW_ERR1 error report entry in the system error report with this first 12 bytes of sense data: 0000 0000 0000 40E3 0000 000B

Problem conclusion
Modified the iSCSI driver to ensure that targets do not try to negotiate for header or data digests on discovery session logins.
