Class not registered Oracle connection error with IBM Datacap Taskmaster Capture

Troubleshooting


Problem

Attempting to login through any client fails when using an Oracle database. The Taskmaster Server (TMS) log shows: DB ERROR code [14106]: Couldn't open the database hr [80040154]: No such interface supported Class not registered

Symptom

Users will see the message: Unable to connect to the Admin DB.
