This defect is related to 'PHA-15747 defect,
.
We should not always call the cleanIPC for SCS instance which
will results more issues we need to call cleanIPC for SCS only
when ERS instance is not running and replication table is not
exist.

Local fix

  • 



Problem summary


    

  • while bringing up ASCS RG, the SAP start
script runs IPC clean up, which is not
expected when ERS is running

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Modified code to avoid calling SCS cleanup
when ERS is running in any of the node in the cluster
