II14505: WHEN RUNNING BOTH SRELS Z038 AND P115 OF ENHANCED ACIF, THEY NEED TO BE INSTALLED IN SEPARATE TARGET ZONES

Error description

  • Enhanced Acif apars for fmid HQN2331 contain 2 SRELs Z038 for
compid 564806201 that is for Enhanced Acif for MVS V410 and
P115 for Content Manager Enhanced ACIF for OnDemand.  When both
of these SRELs are installed in the same target zone errors
occur when maintenance is latter installed. The messages that
can be recieved are:
GIM37301E ** SYSMOD UKxxxxx HAS MORE THAN ONE APPLICABLE ++VER
MCS. ONLY ONE IS ALLOWED
Although the program directory states:
Enhanced ACIF installs in the z/OS (Z038) or the DBS (P115)
SREL.
It is not clear that if running both they should be in separate
Target zones to avoid problems when applying maint.
