    The DB2 Query Monitor v2.3 COMPID 5655E6701 CAE client receives
    error "TCP connection to server RMI port successful, but the
    handshake did not complete..."
    
    The full text of the message is:
    
    TCP connection to server RMI port successful, but the handshake
    did not complete in a timely manner.  The most likely cause of
    this is excessive load on the server, although excessive load on
    the client or network bandwidth issues could also be involved.
    
    If this problem happens each time the user tries to login to the
    server from a particular location, the problem is most likely
    caused by a firewall.  The firewall could be on the client PC,
    or the firewall could be between the CAE Server and the client
    PC. The firewall could be preventing the CAE Client from
    listening for and/or receiving connections from the CAE Server
    using the ports 3444 and 3446.
    
    Due to the wide variety of network configurations there can be
    other reasons for this problem, but the firewall issue is the
    most common reason.
