attempting
read or write of an iocds
.

09, 65 Either return code indicates that two users are
attempting to read or write an IOCDS at the same time. Wait a
few minutes and rerun the job. Note: If two jobs are attempting
to write the same IOCDS, only one will fail, but the IOCDS that
is written may be unusable.50 You attempted to write an IOCDS to
a remote CPC that is not defined to a Hardware Management
Console with LIC Changes enabled. Restart HCD and attempt the
IOCDS build again.
