Question
How do you request new license permits for IBM i2 products?
Cause
Note: As of 01/01/22, Support for the product you selected is now provided by Harris Computer. For i2 product support, please go to https://i2group.com/support.
There are various reasons why a new permit might be needed:
- MAC address change for the affected machines
- Upgrade from an old release of i2 software, such as IBM i2 Analyst's Notebook 8.7.x or iBase 8.5.x
- New employees that need to use the software
- New hardware
