I have run a model in AMOS with a dataset that includes some missing values. I had requested Modification Indices in the Analysis Properties->Output tab, but these were not printed. There was a warning message that modification indices could not be printed in the presence of missing data. Is there any way to work around this limitation in AMOS and have the modification indices printed?
