Error description

  • FDSS/WS PTF1 includes the following modifications.
    APAR# Descriptions
    1.HB67070:SSCP-LU Session Not Established
The handling of completion of RUI_INIT is
              invalid, so INIT-SELF is notissued.
    2.HB67287:LU-LU Session Not Established
EHC server did not handle the BIND, so
              LU-LU session was not established.
    3.HB67394:IMS DFS Message Option
New function to discard IMS DFS message
              after negative response.
    ================================================================
    V3.1 PTF2 is released on 10/31/95.
FDSS/WS PTF2 includes the following modifications.
      APAR# Descriptions
1.HB67925:OUTBOUND MSG TRANSFER TO MASTER OPTION
This is a new function for FDSS/WS EHC.
And to support this function, new option is
              added to EHC profile.
2.HB72024:FAST MSG WAIT IS INCORRECTLY POSTED DUE TO LAN DOWN.
When EPC Manager detects LAN session down,
EPC incorrectly returns error R.C. to Fast message
receiving API which is unrelated to the LAN session.
    3.HB72025:EPC DOES'T RELEASE TRX-CODE WHICH IN USE
If application program issuing asynchronous EPC API
goes ABEND, the transaction code used by the ABENDed
application program is locked and held as in-progress
              transaction code by EPC.
    4.HB72026:LACK OF #DEFINE FOR SAIL/ESA AND AS/400 IN EWWFHA.
In control block of EWWFHA.H, equation of SAIL/ESA
and AS/400 are not defined. Those value should be
              defined as HOST
5.HB72027:EWWHQSESSION RETURNS SESSION STATUS EVEN IF LAN DOWN.
              This is a functional improvement.
EwwHQSession returns a host session status table even
if LAN session with EHC Servers becomes down state.
6.HB72028:SESSION CONTROL OPTION TO BYPASS APPLID CHECKING.
              This is a functional enhancement.
New session control option is provided to bypass
APPLID checking when EHC Server receives BIND command.
The new parameter is added to EHCSVR customizing
              instruction.
7.HB72029:SAIL/ESA TERMINAL AREA KEY PROCESS BYPASS OPTION
              This is a functional enhancement.
New process option is provided to bypass SAIL /ESA
Terminal Are Key process. The new valueis added to
              HostAppl parameter of EwwHESend API.
8.HB72030:EPC MGR DOES NOT TRY TO GET LAN ADDRESS
              This is a functional improvement.
If FDSS/WS is used on standalone PC, customer must
remove LAN related definitions from CONFIG.SYS.
This improvement makes this restriction free.
9.HB72205:EWWHOPEN MAY BE ACCEPTED DURING AUTO-LOGON PROCESS
EwwHOpen API may be accepted by EHC Server during
Auto-Logon process. If EwwHOpen is received just after
EHC Server receives BIND command, a negative response
to Init-self may be returned after EHC Server receives
SDT command. In this case, the host session status is
incorrectly updated to no LU-LU session by EHC Server.
