Problem
Back-end URLs in conditional comments not filtered by WebSEAL. Is WebSEAL able to handle these?
Symptom
Back-end server content is not filtered. For example:

<!--[if lte IE 9]> <script type="text/javascript" src="http://backend-server/path_to.js
"></script> <![endif]-->
</body
Cause
Filtering conditional comment statements is not supported by WebSEAL.
Resolving The Problem
Work around using relative URLs on the back-end.
