SFTP Poller Frontside Handler does not pick up files from directory

Troubleshooting


Problem

When the SFTP Poller Frontside Handler is configured on the IBM WebSphere DataPower SOA appliance to retrieve files from a directory on the SFTP server, the SFTP poller might not pick up the files depending on the number of files in the directory. For example, the SFTP poller might not pick up files if the number of files in the directory is greater than 50,000.
