Problem
Segmentation fault or the message "Unable to perform one or more Change Management actions." occurs using IBM Rational ClearCase UCM with CMI (Change Management Integration) enabled on a UCM stream.
Symptom
If CMI is enabled on a UCM stream, and a UCM activity is set in the view, a rebase -complete operation may fail with a segmentation fault or the message "Unable to perform one or more Change Management actions."
The rebase will complete successfully, but may not fire post-op triggers.
