How to manually remove KTAP kernel module for Guardium STAP on Solaris

Problem

In some cases after uninstallation of an STAP on Solaris the KTAP kernel module will still be present. It must be manually removed in order to complete uninstallation or upgrade to a new version.

Symptom

KTAP kernel module still present after uninstallation of STAP
