Problem
customer needed to start ATAP on Unix server without having to stop all database instances
Symptom
customer receives the following message after issuing the guardctl activate command : /dbss/ora2027/u00/guardium/bin/guardctl
db_instance=dncms0_1 activate
Matching module found - oracle is supported by
/dbss/ora2027/u00/guardium/lib64/libguard-atap-oracle-any
ERROR: Database instance is running, please stop it first
