Possible jsafe.jar file dependency when upgrading to ISIM 6.0

Problem

During upgrade to ISIM 6.0 from a previous ITIM version environment additional steps for handling jsafe.jar file dependency might be necessary. If the previous ITIM environment was at one point running ITIM 4.5.1 and still dependent on jsafe.jar file, then additional steps are necessary to perform a successful upgrade to ISIM 6.0. When the jsafe.jar file is still being used in an ITIM 5.x environment, then running the ISIM 6.0 upgrade process will have failures during the runConfig portion and not correctly define the ISIMSecurityDomain in WebSphere.
