Problem
When the DataPower appliance receives a request containing an LTPA v1 and LTPA v2 tokens in the HTTP header, authentication fails with: [ltpa][error]: LTPA token could not be decrypted: [ltpa][error]: LTPA token was not validated [aaa][warn]: ltpa authentication failed with (LTPA, token=*present*token=*present*) [multistep][error]: AAA Authentication Failure
