Error description
A directory(often /tmp) becomes readonly without any message in system error log to explain the reason. We need to add an error log entry into system errorlog whenever this occurs explaining the reason. This will indicate to the system administrator that a particular filesystem is now read-only and will also help in debugging why the change was needed.
