Error description
When we do a #smitty ips4_add_filter, with LANG=Ja_Jp, the protocol list shows icmpv6 instead of icmp.
Local fix
Problem summary
In smitty panel for adding a filter rule, the options for Protocol value (obtained by pressing F4 or Esc + 4) contains 'icmp6' instead of 'icmp'. This can happen for non C locale.
Problem conclusion
The corresponding messsage catalogue file corrected to show the correct option value.
