New Function - update opcode table
When processing a JCLIN assembly step, SMP/E scans inline
assembler source to identify macros used by the specified
module.  SMP/E does this by comparing the assembler source
statements to a list of known instruction mneumonics.  Any
source statements found that do not match one of the known
instruction mneumonics is assumed to be a macro.  SMP/E then
creates a MAC entry for the macro in the target zone with a
GENASM subentry for the assembled module.  When such a MAC is
updated subsequently via a PTF, APAR, or USERMOD, SMP/E knows
the named module should be assembled to reflect the updated MAC.

SMP/E's list of known instruction mneumonics must be updated to
include the mneumonics for the new IBM z14 server instructions.
