Problem
Error "Cannot create working copy" in IBM Rational DOORS while creating artifact to Rational Team Concert
Symptom
Create a collaboration link from Rational DOORS module to Rational Team Concert and select "Create Artifact". The error "Cannot create working copy" is prompted immediately as shown below:
