IJ15866: RE-READ ON FILE MIGRATED AT HOME CAUSE DATA MISMATCH

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If the files are migrated at non GPFS home, AFM does not
  know about the migrated files. Migrated files might not
  be
  read into the cache because actual data size would be
  zero.
  Use data size as file size and only use sparse
  information
  if it can be read from the home.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• AFM cache might not read the migrated files properly if the
  home have migrated files and AFM is not enabled at the home.
  File will not be fully cached.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed the code to read the migrated file from the home properly
  even though AFM is not enabled at home (mmafmconfig enable).
