Error description

  • customer had workerThreads configured to 128

In the vmcore all these 128 python3.6 threads after
reading
file tried to write to user buffer. But user buffer page
faulted.

  • 



Problem summary


    

  • Pagefault handler blocked due to mailbox resource contention and
caused deadlock.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The pagefault handler now uses emergency mailbox resource to
handle the pagefault.
